By booking our services, you agree and are bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

“Service” refers to the chauffeur services provided by Flying Fox Chauffeur Service.

“Client” refers to the individual or entity booking the service.

“Force Majeure” refers to events beyond the control of Flying Fox Chauffeur Services, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents and equipment malfunctions, or governmental actions.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings, especially bookings for airport flights, must consider potential in delays caused by, but not limited to, traffic delays, time taken to load/unload vehicle, flight scheduling errors, etcetera.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made no less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed in no less than 10 business days.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be refunded.

Changes to bookings made within 24 hours may be charged a $20 AUD booking fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Flying Fox Chauffeur Service will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of their services.

Flying Fox Chauffeur Service is not responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from force majeure such as, but not limited to, delays caused by traffic or weather, vehicle roadworthiness, engine failure, tyre blowouts, etcetera.

Flying Fox Chauffeur Service will always make reasonable efforts to ensure safe and timely service delivery and any such delays or failures in performance are not anticipated by the Service provider.

Clients are advised to have appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential losses caused by all transport services.

6. Missed Flights and Reservations

Flying Fox Chauffeur Service is not liable for missed flights due to delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to vehicle roadworthiness, engine failure, tyre blowouts, etcetera.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they book our services with sufficient time to reach their destination considering such factors may arise. Flying Fox Chauffeur Service will make considerable effort to ensure no delays or failures of performance occur with their service

7. Force Majeure

Flying Fox Chauffeur Service shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by force majeure events.

In the event of a force majeure, Flying Fox Chauffeur Service will make reasonable efforts to notify clients if such events are in advance to the booking and rectify any problems to the service and/or rescheduling of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Gratitude

Thank you for considering booking with me! Please note that any terms of service is about covering bases in case of the unexpected occurring. My beautiful limo was built in 2004 so I just need to cover myself in case travel insurance companies want to slap me in court with a $100,000 dollar bill.
